Return Policy:
For online purchases (excluding final sale items and gifts) made through Nitro Ame, we allow exchanges or refunds within 30 days of the item(s) delivery. The items should be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags and packaging included. Please note that the initial shipping costs and insurance fees are non-refundable.

Items such as bikinis, tankinis, one-piece swimwear, final sale items, and lingerie are not eligible for return or exchange. We only accept items in their original, unused state with all packaging intact. We cannot accept items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered. Direct returns without prior approval are not accepted; please contact us first. The address on the shipping label is not for returns, and we cannot process refunds for items sent there.
Refunds:
The shipping fee initially paid is non-refundable. You will be reimbursed for the cost of the product only.
For orders that qualify for free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Timeframes:
PayPal refunds are processed within 3 business days.
Credit card refunds are completed within 7-14 business days.
Exchanges:
